About the Role: Caregiver

As a Caregiver, you play a vital role in the heart of our community. You are often the highlight of a resident’s day—the person who brings comfort, dignity, and connection to everyday moments. Your work directly impacts the quality of life for those we serve, and that’s something we don’t take lightly.

In this role, you will provide prompt, friendly, and professional care tailored to each resident’s unique needs. Every interaction is an opportunity to honor their independence, choices, dignity, privacy, and individuality.

Requirements

*Support residents with activities of daily living according to their personalized service plans
*Respond promptly to call lights and requests for assistance
*Provide compassionate support for emotional and behavioral needs
*Encourage and assist residents in participating in community activities
*Share observations and insights to help improve resident service plans
*Monitor resident well-being and communicate any concerns to your supervisor
*Stay informed by reviewing shift reports and communication logs—and contribute updates each shift
*Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment
*Assist with dining services, including serving meals, delivering trays, and maintaining the dining area
