Clinical Audiologist – Mobile Long-Term Care (Full-Time)
Ozen Audiology is seeking a licensed Clinical Audiologist to join our team providing mobile audiology services to nursing home and long-term care patients throughout the South Florida tri-county area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties).
This is a full-time clinical role designed for audiologists who want to focus on patient care rather than retail sales, with flexibility in scheduling and long-term growth potential.
Position Overview
The Clinical Audiologist will deliver on-site hearing care services within nursing homes and long-term care facilities. Our practice model emphasizes continuity of care, clinical autonomy, and meaningful patient impact. Ozen Audiology manages facility relationships and logistics, allowing audiologists to concentrate on high-quality audiologic care.
Although listed as full-time, we value flexibility and are open to structuring schedules that support work–life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations
Perform hearing aid fittings, programming, and follow-up care
Provide patient and caregiver counseling and education
Coordinate care with nursing home staff and clinical teams
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and timely
Work Setting
Mobile position serving multiple nursing homes and long-term care facilities
Geriatric patient population
Company-provided equipment (personal equipment may be used if preferred)
No retail sales, quotas, or pressure
Qualifications
Active Florida audiology license
Doctor of Audiology (AuD) or equivalent degree
Open to all experience levels
Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
Comfortable working independently in a mobile clinical environment
