Description
We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to join our dynamic team of professionals to provide early intervention/Birth to 3 services as a full-time Physical Therapist with UCP’s Rock County Birth to Three program.
More than just a name, UCP’s goal is to serve families caring for children with a wide range of disabilities and delays. Rock County’s Birth to Three program provides early intervention and family-centered services for young children under the age of 3 who have developmental disabilities or delays. Services are provided in the child’s and family’s natural environment, which may include their home and other community settings. This program supports communities all throughout Rock County, WI.
Strong candidates will have direct working experience with early intervention, demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to remain flexible and able to adjust to ever changing program needs and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Function withing a primary coaching model
- Conduct client assessments to determine delay
- Provide Early Intervention
- Maintain client caseload

Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Wisconsin Physical Therapy License (or ability to gain license)
- A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, liability coverage and a personal vehicle is required for this position.
