Brazos Towers is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for a performance-driven and dynamic leader to join one of the top organizations in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, proven leadership skills, strong financial acumen, and a strong background in understanding regulatory requirements. The right leader will be engaging, have a record of accomplishment in developing and maintaining excellent resident and staff relations, and continue to build and drive the vision of the organization and community. The Executive Director will lead and manage services and operations across the continuum of care.
Brazos Towers is a premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community (CCRC) located in Houston, Texas. The community consists of 168 independent living apartments, 37 skilled nursing beds, 25 assisted living suites, and 8 memory care suites. Brazos Towers is part of Brazos Presbyterian Homes (BPHHI). BPHHI is a Leading Age Ziegler top 200 largest not-for-profit multisite.

Responsibilities:
Regulatory compliance - Support and maintain working knowledge of labor legislation, local, state, and federal regulations.
Financial Management-Lead and support department managers with budget planning and utilization. Approve and oversee budgetary decisions.
Operations -Ensure operational efficiencies are maintained using innovation and problem-solving to best serve the community.
Talent Management -Support talent succession planning and development, and training in keeping a pulse on workforce trends.
Communications – Communicate in writing and verbally with stakeholders on a regular basis.
Emergency Preparedness -This role requires the ability to lead and direct in emergencies. The ability to recognize problems before they become disasters and operate proactively.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Must possess a valid Texas Nursing Home Administrator's license or the ability to obtain a license
- 3-5 years of senior living leadership experience strongly preferred.
