Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

Job Description:
You’ll treat a broad spectrum of behavioral health needs across the lifespan in our rural outpatient behavioral health clinics. This position offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, integrated care to individuals with mental health and substance use needs in an underserved community.
Our collaborative, multidisciplinary team of LICSWs, MLADCs, and LCMHCs, treats a wide range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, bipolar disorders, and substance use disorders, with a strong focus on co-occurring conditions.
Our team values diverse clinical perspectives, and we welcome you to bring your therapeutic modalities, areas of specialty, and evidence-based approaches — such as CBT, DBT-informed strategies, EMDR, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused therapies, harm reduction, or other models — to help shape treatment planning and enhance the care we provide as a collaborative team.

- Outpatient therapy with diverse patients
- 60-minute sessions
- Mix of intakes and follow-ups

Benefits:
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 (1.0 FTE)
- $10,000 commencement bonus
- Relocation reimbursement

Essential Qualifications:
- Meet all educational and supervisory requirements designated by the New Hampshire Board of Mental Health Practice
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- Must hold current NH License to practice, or ability to obtain
- At least 2 years’ experience preferred
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills
