Wound Care Nurse (RN/LPN)

Monday-Friday Schedule | Top Pay

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Wound Care Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide specialized wound and skin care treatment for residents in our skilled nursing facility while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

This position offers a stable weekday schedule and competitive compensation while allowing you to focus on improving resident outcomes and quality of life.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Day Shift

What You'll Do

• Perform wound and skin assessments on residents
• Develop and monitor individualized wound care treatment plans
• Measure, stage, and document wounds according to clinical standards
• Monitor residents for infection or complications
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the care planning team
• Educate nursing staff on wound prevention and skin care practices
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license
• Experience in wound care, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred
• Knowledge of pressure injury prevention and treatment
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
