The OHSU-PSU School of Public Health (SPH) is aligned with the American Public Health Association in declaring racism a public health crisis, and our School is committed to becoming an antiracist SPH. • This position supports a collaborative research initiative examining the role of private equity investment and corporate ownership structures in assisted living communities, with a focus on implications for regulation, quality, and resident outcomes.
• The position supports this work by supporting the preparation of methods-focused manuscripts, including drafting sections of papers, documenting analytic decisions, and preparing tables, figures, and appendices.
• Primary responsibilities include task tracking across multiple manuscripts, coordinating timelines for internal review and journal submission, and managing citations and reference libraries.
• Additional duties may include summarizing relevant literature, supporting revisions in response to peer review, and assisting with documentation needed for reproducibility and transparency.

• Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in a Graduate Program (minimum 4.5 credit hours)

• Experience contributing to academic publications
• Knowledge of long-term care settings or healthcare topics relevant to the provision of care to people living with dementia in assisted living
• Knowledge of healthcare financing
• Basic R Statistical Environment
• Completed CITI training(s) in responsible conduct of research

Flexible schedule outside of meetings 1-3 times per week.
