Seniors Helping Seniors® Raleigh provides in-home care that is personal, respectful, and relationship-based. Many of our caregivers are seniors themselves, helping older adults age in place with dignity and connection.

We are growing and seeking a full-time Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, strong caregiver support, and a high-quality client experience. This role is hands-on and scheduling-focused, working closely with caregivers, clients, and the owner to keep services running reliably as we expand into Clayton and Johnston County.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing scheduling and general office staff
• Ensuring caregiver schedules and coverage
• Supporting caregiver onboarding, retention, and recognition
• Monitoring service quality and client experience
• Partnering with the owner on growth, staffing, and process improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with scheduling or operations in home care, healthcare, staffing, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and email
• A calm, solutions-oriented approach in fast-moving situations
  Interest in growing into a larger leadership role over time

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience in senior care or home care
• Experience supervising or mentoring other
• Experience supporting multi-area or territory-based scheduling
