PAY: Per Diem: PT: $70-$85 per visit, PTA: $58 per visit |

Full time PT: $91,000 per year MINIMUM:

• (25 patient visits per week) with opportunity for incentive pay by seeing more patients.
• Company vehicle: $5,000 a year less to offset costs of the vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Physical Therapy services to patients with orthopedic and neurological diagnoses.
• Supervision of PTA at times
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for each patient.
• Maintain timely, professional documentation within Medicare B billing guidelines
• Maintain timely, professional communication with both patients and team members.
• Ensure the highest standards of care are delivered in line with MTG’s patient-first philosophy.

Requirements of Physical Therapist:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Experience in both orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within a 30 mile radius

Licensure/Certification:

• As an MTG employee, you must carry your own professional liability insurance with minimum coverage of 1M/3M per occurrence.
• Valid PT License in the state of FL
• Valid driver's license
