EverTrue, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking an exceptional, innovative, and mission-driven leader to serve as its next Vice President of Operations, Anywhere Care.  EverTrue is a nonprofit multisite senior organization ranked 11th in the most recent Ziegler LeadingAge 200 Report. The organization includes 15 Life Plan Communities, 16 Affordable Housing Communities, and a growing Anywhere Care platform serving older adults. 
 
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Operations will provide vision, direction, and oversight across a diverse and expanding portfolio that includes PACE, Aging Answers, hospice, palliative care, home health, private-duty home care, care management and coordination, GUIDE services, at-home therapy services, and other innovative programs designed to help older adults age with dignity, independence, and choice. The Vice President will also play a key role in exploring the potential development of a Continuing Care at Home model as part of EverTrue’s growing Anywhere Care platform.
