WittKieffer is proud to partner with EverTrue in the search for a Vice President of Physical Assets. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, innovative and mission-driven leader to join one of the nation's leading nonprofit senior living organizations. This is a rare opportunity for a leader with a passion for serving older adults through significant experience in capital planning, long-range master planning and physical asset allocation space.
EverTrue is a nonprofit multisite senior organization ranked 11th in the most recent Ziegler LeadingAge 200 Report. The organization includes 15 Life Plan Communities, 16 Affordable Housing Communities, and Anywhere Care. Each of their 15 Life Plan Communities offers the full continuum of services, with many also providing memory support. EverTrue's communities are located in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Missouri. EverTrue Anywhere Care also provides a spectrum of services to assist older adults in their homes, including in-home private duty, professional therapy services, home care, home health, palliative care, hospice, and PACE program services. This highly respected organization is financially strong, with revenues of approximately $427 million and nearly $1.5 billion in total assets and is supported by a dedicated team of approximately 3,300 full-time team members.
The Vice President will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is responsible for providing strategic and tactical design, development, maintenance and planning of all of EverTrue's properties, buildings, and other fixed assets. The Vice President will lead all property repositioning and master planning efforts, including annual and multi-year capital planning and budgeting, major repairs, use conversions, and facility design. In addition, the Vice President will develop and implement strategies for capital planning and asset allocation, including acquisitions and asset disposition.
The next Vice President will be a collaborative and highly visible leader who champions a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. They will bring exceptional strategic, planning and financial skills to the role and a proven record of leadership in aging services, affordable housing or a related field. The Vice President will lead a committed and high-performing team aligned with EverTrue's mission, vision, and values. The Vice President will lead with unwavering integrity and demonstrate strategic and analytical capabilities. A genuine passion for helping older adults and their families navigate important life decisions is essential for the role.
