This position will be responsible to lead multiple simultaneous data and product integration projects while providing customer support and data operations leadership.
Project Management
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of implementation and proof of concept projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
Stakeholder Management
Communicate project status, progress, and any issues to stakeholders regularly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Coordinate with internal teams to align project goals and deliverables with business objectives.
Customer Support
Provide exceptional customer support throughout the project lifecycle, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Coordinate customer communications with product management/customer support management during the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve processes and service delivery.
Data Operations
Familiarity with data operations processes to integrate customer processes with 4L Data Intelligence processes.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to develop and maintain ETL pipelines.
Ensure data quality and integrity through the implementation process.
Hands on experience with data modeling or data engineering is a plus.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Program/Project Management Certification
Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, particularly in technology implementation and integration.
Skills and Knowledge:
Healthcare or insurance industry experience is highly desirable including experience with or understanding of some or all the following:
Healthcare data protection policies and procedures, including HIPAA and applicable regulations.
Claims adjudication or EMR or EHR workflow process or systems/technologies, including those in a Hospice environment.
Payment integrity or network optimization
Claims payment (includes refunds/recoupments) process flow on either payor or provider side of the transaction.
Medical coding-including claims editing or code editing tools/technologies.
Claims Data (835, 837 format) and/or claims processing.
Provider network management - provider directory and integrity data management.
Provider data and/or provider contracting or credentialing.
Special Investigations Unit (SIU) for fraud detection
Experience with Microsoft and Java Platforms.
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL framework.
Experience in IT planning, organization and development.
