Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nurse practitioner to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary and urgent care to patients in outpatient practice setting. Seeking Thursday, Friday, and Saturday coverage. Weekday hours are 830-600 Sat. 900-400 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical exams and assessments of patients

• Diagnose and treat a range of health conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses

• Prescribe medications and therapies as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care

• Provide education and support to patients and families

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a specialization in nurse practitioner

• Current state nursing license and certification as a nurse practitioner

• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

• DEA and OBNDD certifications.
