Description

Gordon, Adler, Hayes & Greentree PC is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team at our Bluffton, Indiana office. We are looking for an attorney with prior experience practicing law who is interested in joining an established firm and working with clients across a variety of practice areas. This position involves advising clients, preparing legal documents, and managing matters start to finish with the support of experienced attorneys and staff. 

Requirements

• Active Indiana law license in good standing
• Prior experience practicing law
• Strong legal writing and document-drafting skills
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client matters 
• Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with attorneys and staff
• Experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, business law, real estate, and/or Medicaid and long-term care planning is preferred, but not required
• Availability to work in person at our Bluffton, Indiana office.
