Corewell Health West is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Hematology and Oncology Program!

We now have opportunities at our downtown Grand Rapids Lemmen-Holton Cancer Pavilion and additionally at our Susan P. Wheatlake Regional Cancer Center in Reed City, Michigan.

At our Grand Rapids, Lemmen-Holton Cancer Pavilion you will have the opportunity to work both inpatient and outpatient settings. As an academic setting, this position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment for professional growth. Additionally, the role will involve participation in an on-call rotation.

Our Reed City, Susan P Wheatlake Regional Cancer Center offers a fulfilling opportunity to work in an outpatient setting. As an APP in this position, you will have the autonomy to make independent decisions and provide exceptional care to our patients. Job Summary

Responsible for managing patients and coordinating the services provided by multiple disciplines within and outside the health system. Maintains a collaborative practice agreement with specific physician(s). Exercises independent judgment in the assessment, diagnosis and initiation of selected protocols/procedures. Provides educational support for patients/significant others, health team members and the community and coordinates QA/QI studies to measure outcomes of care.

Candidates with at least two years of provider experience will be considered. Previous Oncology APP experience is ideal.
