We are in the process of developing our ABA therapy clinic opening in Marietta, Georgia in November 2026. The facility will be purpose-renovated from the ground up to deliver high-quality, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. We are seeking a Founding BCBA to serve as the clinical cornerstone of this new practice — someone who wants more than a job, and is ready to help build a clinic's culture, systems, and standard of care from day one.
This is a rare opportunity for a BCBA who is ready to move beyond a caseload-only role into true clinical leadership: shaping treatment protocols, mentoring future staff, and having a direct hand in what this clinic becomes for the families it serves.
What You'll Do - Clinical Leadership
Serve as the clinic's founding BCBA, providing direct assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing supervision of ABA services for an initial caseload of clients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
Design and refine clinic-wide clinical protocols, data collection systems, and program materials that will serve as the foundation for the practice going forward
Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff as the team grows
Ensure all services meet BACB ethical and professional standards, as well as Georgia Medicaid and applicable payer requirements
Clinic Build-Out & Culture
Partner directly with ownership on hiring, onboarding, and training decisions for clinical staff
Help shape day-to-day clinical operations, scheduling structure, and quality assurance processes
Serve as a mentor and clinical role model as the team scales, with a path to a formal clinical director title as the clinic grows
Provide input on clinic space, materials, and workflow design during the final phase of build-out
Family & Community Engagement
Conduct intake assessments and family consultations, building trust with referring families from the clinic's earliest days
Communicate regularly with parents/caregivers regarding client progress, treatment goals, and home-based strategies
Represent the clinic in the local autism and provider community, including relationships with pediatricians, schools, and referral sources
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Required:
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
Eligible for or currently holds Georgia state licensure as a behavior analyst (LBA)
Minimum 2+ years of post-certification clinical experience providing ABA services
Demonstrated experience developing treatment plans and supervising RBTs/behavior technicians
Strong working knowledge of Georgia Medicaid and/or private payer ABA billing and documentation requirements
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust with families and collaborate with a small, growing team
Strongly Preferred:
Prior experience in a clinic start-up, program launch, or clinical leadership capacity
Experience with center-based (not solely home/school-based) service delivery models
Familiarity with practice management/data collection software (e.g., CentralReach, Rethink)
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with the ambiguity and problem-solving that comes with building something new
Why This Role
Founding-level influence. You won't be stepping into someone else's system — you'll help build it.
Growth trajectory. As the clinic scales, this role is positioned to grow into a Clinical Director position with expanded compensation and responsibility.
Ownership-operator support. Backed by an experienced, hands-on ownership group with a track record across healthcare and senior care operations — not a distant corporate structure.
New, purpose-designed space. Practice out of a newly renovated facility designed specifically for ABA service delivery, not a retrofitted office suite.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience ($95,000 - $115,000/year)
Performance/production-based incentive structure
Health insurance
Paid time off and holidays
Continuing education allowance and BACB renewal support
Professional liability insurance coverage
