Simply put, as the MDS/DON Clinical Support RN, your hands on nursing expertise will be utilized to support facilities as an RCM, or MDS Nurse, then based on expertise interim DNS coverages. Marquis is looking for strong and passionate Nurse Leaders who are quick to learn and adapt to change.  This role will include IDT collaboration in the care delivery of LTC residents, conducting and coordinating development and completion of the resident assessments (MDS/CAA) and assisting in ensuring quality nursing care to residents.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license in the appropriate state
• 2+ years working as a MDS Nurse, Resident Care Manager (RCM) and/or Director Nursing Services (DNS).
• Passionate about helping seniors live their best life!
• MDS experience, with strong assessment and care planning skills is required.
