We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Medicare home health agency in Charlotte County. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes. Your role will involve assessing patients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises, and monitoring progress to optimize outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of physical therapy principles and techniques, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Prior experience in home health care is preferred but not required.
