Lift Cancer Care Services is a South Australian owned and operated integrated support services centre, providing evidence based care for oncology patients in the areas of exercise medicine, physiotherapy, dietetics, speech and psychology. Our mission is to create a safe and supportive community for cancer patients in which they feel empowered to actively participate in therapies that will enhance the management of their cancer treatment and improve their quality of life.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Scope of practice can be flexible depending on the experience and preference of the candidate.
The role includes provision of outpatient assessment and treatment to oncology patients for
incontinence
pelvic pain
prolapse
pre-habilitation for prostate cancer surgery
rehabilitation for prostate cancer surgery
Clinic role can also include outpatient assessment and treatment of other oncology related MSK presentations such as pre and post surgical management, lymphatic cording and lymphoedema screening in-line with the interest and preference of the candidate.
Requirements
We are seeking motivated and passionate Pelvic Health Physiotherapists to join our growing team to provide care of the highest standard of which our centre prides itself. The scope of practice for this role has flexibility and will be tailed to suit the experience and clinical interest of the candidate.
