Practice Overview:

As the Section of Palliative Medicine and Hospice, we are a part of the fabric of care at LVHN, with a fully integrated palliative care continuum to assure optimal patient experience.  We currently are seeking a Palliative Medicine CRNP to join our Medicare-certified, hospital-based hospice program. This provider will be part of the OACIS (Optimizing Advanced Complex Illness Support)/Palliative Medicine practice, a nationally recognized, innovative palliative medicine service, as a hospice designated team member.

Position Responsibilities:

• Inpatient hospital rounding/consults
• Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00-5:00
• 1:6 weekend call schedule
• Will consider New Grad with ED/ICU experience

Job Qualifications:  

• A network champion for Palliative Medicine and a passion for clinical work
• A valid Pennsylvania Certification/License
