Description
InCommunity is looking for a Contract Recruiter who is energized by people, community outreach, and high-volume recruiting. This is an opportunity for a hands-on recruiter who enjoys being in the community, building relationships, finding great candidates, and helping an organization make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We are doing things differently at InCommunity—and we need a recruiter who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help us build a stronger workforce.
Why InCommunity?
At InCommunity, our work is bigger than a job. We support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities so they can live safe, healthy, and joyful lives in their communities.
Our employees make that possible every day.
As a Contract Recruiter, you will play an important role in helping us find the people who provide that support. Your work will directly contribute to building the workforce needed to serve individuals and families throughout our communities.
