Tired of 100+ Stops a Day?
If you like driving but are tired of spending your entire shift jumping in and out of a delivery vehicle, racing a clock, and trying to complete an impossible number of stops, there is another kind of delivery career.
At RENMAR DME, a typical route may involve approximately 10–12 deliveries or pickups per day, not 100+.
You will spend more time driving, including some routes that may take you an hour or more from our Bow location, and less time constantly stopping, scanning packages, and rushing to the next address.
But this is also more than a driving job.
Our Delivery Technicians deliver, install, troubleshoot, and pick up medical equipment for hospice patients throughout New Hampshire. You might set up a hospital bed, deliver an oxygen concentrator, troubleshoot a piece of equipment, or explain its operation to a family member or caregiver.
If you enjoy driving, working independently, solving problems, learning how equipment works, and having some variety in your day, this may be a much better fit than traditional high-volume delivery work.
No medical equipment experience is required. We provide hands-on, on-the-job training.

What Your Day Looks Like
This is not package delivery.
Instead of completing dozens or hundreds of quick stops, you will generally complete a smaller number of more involved deliveries, pickups, service calls, and equipment setups.
Your day may include:
Driving company routes throughout New Hampshire
Delivering and setting up hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, wheelchairs, patient lifts, and other medical equipment
Picking up equipment that is no longer needed
Explaining equipment operation to patients, family members, caregivers, and facility staff
Troubleshooting equipment when something is not working correctly
Building and preparing new equipment
Performing basic repairs on rental equipment
Accurately documenting deliveries, pickups, repairs, and equipment using several computer programs
Keeping your company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
Occasionally responding to urgent delivery needs
Some of our growing service areas require longer drives, including routes approximately an hour or more from our Bow location.
If you genuinely enjoy being on the road, that can be one of the best parts of this job.
We’re Looking for More Than a Driver
A good Delivery Technician needs to be comfortable behind the wheel, but also needs to think on their feet.
Sometimes a hospital bed has to fit into a difficult room.
Sometimes equipment needs troubleshooting.
Sometimes you need to figure out the safest way to move something through a tight hallway or up a set of stairs.
And sometimes a patient or family member simply needs someone who is patient, professional, and willing to explain how something works.
We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys driving and working independently
Likes learning how equipment and mechanical systems work
Is comfortable using technology and mobile applications
Can solve problems without needing constant supervision
Takes pride in doing a job correctly
Pays close attention to details and equipment inventory
Communicates professionally with customers and coworkers
Can remain calm and respectful in emotionally sensitive situations
Is physically capable of lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to approximately 82 lbs several times per day
Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Has a high school diploma or GED
Previous delivery experience is helpful, particularly route, parcel, furniture, appliance, moving, service, or equipment delivery experience.
Medical equipment experience is not required. We will train the right person.
Schedule
We offer several schedule patterns.
Your assigned schedule will be consistent each week and will total five working days, with standard shifts generally beginning at 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM.
Delivery Technicians also participate in an on-call rotation for occasional after-hours and weekend needs.
On-call technicians receive $200 for the on-call week, plus their regular hourly rate for any time worked. Call-outs may also result in overtime pay.

Maybe You Already Have the Experience We Need
If you currently work in parcel delivery, route delivery, furniture delivery, appliance delivery, moving, field service, construction, warehouse operations, or another physically demanding job, many of your existing skills may transfer directly to this position.
The difference is that here, your goal isn't to see how quickly you can get back into the truck.
Your goal is to make sure the equipment is delivered correctly, safely, and ready for the patient who needs it.
