Requirements
(a.k.a. Who Will Be Happy Here)
- You’re a WA licensed Registered Dental Hygienist with a current anesthesia license who actually remembers where your license card is.
- You speak fluent “perio” and feel at home with comprehensive charting, nonsurgical therapy, and modern tools like EMS Guided Biofilm Therapy (or you’re genuinely excited to learn).
- You believe biofilm is the enemy, not the patient, and you can explain homecare and riskfactor reduction in a calm, kind, and judgmentfree way.
- You like working in a smaller, privately owned practice where people know your name, your coffee order, and which scaler you always reach for first.
- You’re the kind of teammate who shows up on time, communicates clearly, and helps keep the day flowing smoothly (bonus points if you straighten drawers when no one’s looking).
- You’re comfortable collaborating chairside with the doctor and team to provide evidencebased care, and you’re open to talking through cases rather than just “doing your own thing.”
- Infection control is your love language: you’re organized, detailoriented, and take pride in a spotless operatory and tidy sterilization area.
- You appreciate a predictable schedule, respect for worklife balance, and a pace that allows you to be thorough without feeling rushed.
- You’re either an experienced RDH (around 3+ years) or a newer grad with strong fundamentals, curiosity, and a willingness to keep learning.
- You can reliably commute to our North Seattle/Green Lake office and are looking for a longterm dental “home,” whether fulltime or parttime.
