We offer comprehensive hospice, home health, and inpatient hospice residence services, empowering patients to live their final days with dignity and comfort. The Donor Database Manager is a part of our philanthropy development team. The position enters donor gifts daily and manages the fundraising database, DonorPerfect, for Our Lady of Peace to track donations, maintain donor relationships, and support fundraising campaigns and events.  

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Database Maintenance: Oversees the optimization of the donor management
Software, DonorPerfect.
Gift Processing: Supervises accurate tracking, batching, and recording of financial donations and tax receipts.
Reporting and Analysis: Builds custom lists, tracks donor retention, and creates dashboards to analyze information.
Daily Entry of gifts into the database
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Expertise in DonorPerfect database.
Data Proficiency: Strong skill in writing queries, and exporting data.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a clear understanding of fundraising ethics. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: requires 1-2 years of experience working with DonorPerfect.
