RIVERSIDE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (Director/Newport News)
- Residency Director/Emergency Physician (Full-time, 50% Director/50% Physician)
- 16 hours/week dedicated to program administration
- Responsible for the oversight, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of the residency program
- Ensures adherence to all ACGME requirements
- Provides leadership in resident education, faculty development, clinical learning environment oversight, scholarly activity, and program evaluation
- Attend residency recruitment events, interview days, and match events
- Hiring Range: $400,000 - $440,000
(Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, and performance) - Must be BC/BE
- Prior residency leadership experience
- Experience with resident recruitment, curriculum development, and faculty development
- Experience with accreditation processes and ACGME requirements
- Unable to sponsor any visa providers
