FACULTY POSITION IN ONCOLOGY HOSPITAL MEDICINE

The Division of Hospital Medicine at The MetroHealth System seeks an outstanding clinician to provide oncology-focused inpatient care. Our Oncology Hospitalists serve as the primary attending physician for medically complex oncology patients and work in close collaboration with Hematology-Oncology, Palliative Care and other specialists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered cancer care.

Applicants have the opportunity to obtain academic rank at the Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Medicine, commensurate with experience. MetroHealth is an academic medical center that serves as a major teaching and research campus for CWRU and is the only public hospital in Cuyahoga County.

Applicants must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. Experience in caring for hospitalized oncology patients is welcome but not required for a candidate possessing clinical aptitude and excellent collaboration skills.
