Description
No Nights -- No Weekends -- No On-Call
Looking for a nursing career that allows you to focus on patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance?
As Gulfside Healthcare Services continues to grow throughout Tampa Bay, we're expanding our nursing team to support lower patient ratios and more personalized patient care. We're seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our West Pasco field team and help make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families. (Other locations also available.)
At Gulfside, nurses have the time, support, and resources needed to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. Our nurses are backed by responsive leadership and a collaborative interdisciplinary team that values their expertise and contributions.
The Registered Nurse manages an assigned patient caseload, develops individualized care plans, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and provides guidance and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other members of the care team. Patients are seen in private residences, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities throughout West Pasco County.
No hospice experience? That's okay! We provide training and encourage RNs from all backgrounds to apply.
Not ready to apply yet? We'd still love to connect. Our recruiters are available to answer your questions and help determine if Gulfside is the right fit for you.
